COVID Policies and procedures

Virtual or In-person workouts:

When I do open my house back up, you can choose to workout here or virtually. If we have 2 (or more) people in your session - you both do not have to choose the same thing. One can be in person and one can be virtual, but we will still workout together.

 

Please don't come if you are sick:

To keep everyone healthy, I don't want anyone in-person if you are sick even if you think it's just allergies or you might have a stomach bug or something like that.. If you are questionable, we can just do a virtual workout for that session. 

 

Flexible scheduling 

 I will make changes to allow 15 minutes between each session in home so I can clean all the equipment. As your schedule changes, we can adjust here as well. 

 

Masks?

I will wear a mask - you do not have to. I have filters for my masks and feel good about them protecting me from you (according to a study at A&M they will provide me the equivalent of N95 protection) - I think working out may be too hard with a mask on for you, but of course you are welcome to wear it if it makes you feel more comfortable.

 

Mats - BYOMat

Bring your own mat - I won't be using my mats for you guys until this pandemic is over so we can minimize germ transfer and hopefully keep everyone healthy.
