Service Description

Health Coaching - 30 minute sessions ( any format - in person, video conference, or phone call) - unlimited text access for quick check-ins - Book in 1 month increments As your Health Coach, I will work with you to help you discover your values, goals, and road-blocks. We will work together to develop a plan that is individualized to your needs. I will be your accountability partner through your health and wellness journey.

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations, please give a least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for a missed session. Missed sessions due to vacation, illness, etc. may be made up at an alternate session or session price can be pro-rated if advance notice is given.
