Service Description

Join me for a single 1 hour personal training session. This can be a great way to get some ideas, tips, advice on what you can do to train on your own or just want to train every now and then with a professional and avoid the regular commitment.

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations, please give a least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for a missed session. Missed sessions due to vacation, illness, etc. may be made up at an alternate session or session price can be pro-rated if advance notice is given.
